– Rockin’ a New Scent and Sportin’ a New Look

San Antonio, TX, June 16, 2011 – Summer is here and to rock in the warmer weather Rockin’ Green Laundry Detergent is Rockin Green REMIX cloth diaper detergentwelcoming REMIXED versions of their Soft, Classic and Hard Rock formulas. The re-vamped products will feature a new scent and sport newly-designed packaging.

“One of our top priorities is providing our customers with the highest quality, most effective products possible, as well as staying fresh and new,” said Kimberly Webb, CEO/founder of Rockin’ Green. “After testing and research, we found a wonderful new scent everyone is going to love, and the REMIXED Rockin’ Green formulas will knock our customers socks off.”

REMIXED Rockin’ Green

The changes Rockin’ Green customers will see in the REMIXED soaps include:

  • Gentle for longevity. The new blends has the lowest PH of any other cloth diaper detergent on the market, which means that it’s even gentler on fabrics and diapers.
  • Safer for sensitive skin. Having undergone cosmetic testing, Rockin’ Green can be used on the most sensitive of skin types*.
  • Better cleaning power. Designed to deliver more cleaning power per scoop, many customers have found a 60 percent reduction in stains, and are able to use less per load and reduce the amount of “rock the soaks” needed.

* Testing was done on Rockin’ Green’s unscented soap called Bare Naked Babies

Welcome Earth, Wind, & Orchids, Goodbye Plain Green Tea’s

In an effort to stay on top of customer demand and preference, Rockin’ Green is announcing the release of a new scent – Earth, Wind and Orchids. Just like all Rockin’ Green blends, the new orchid blossom fragrance is all natural and uniquely created. The soap is flowered with inviting hints of tartness, floral, woods, honeysuckles and sugar. However, anytime a “new band member” joins the group, it means someone has to say goodbye. In this case, a Rockin’ Green original scent, The Plain Green Tea’s, will no longer be offered.

New Packaging: New on the Outside Too

To reflect Rockin’ Green’s commitment to the environment packaging has been redesigned to use less material and make it easier for consumers to recycle. The standard 45/90 packages will have an updated new look. While Rockin’ Green’s Ammonia Bouncer, Funk Rock, will now come in a printed 16-oz stand up pouch with zipper for more convenient use and storage. Additionally, the “Shake It Ups” will rock a spouted printed stand up pouch.

Overall, Rockin’ Green made sure to keep the same edgy rock star look so users can easily identify the Rockin’ Green products they are searching for online and in stores.

“This is just the start of a summer filled with new announcements, products and opportunities,” said Webb. “There will be much more to come by the time school is back in session, so stay tuned.”
